Position: PRT Computer / IT Teacher
Location: Podar International School, Daund
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Primary Section (Classes IV)
Reporting To: Academic Coordinator / Principal
Key Responsibilities:

• Teach basic computer skills and IT concepts to primary-grade students.
• Create and deliver interactive, age-appropriate computer lessons.
• Ensure students understand the safe and responsible use of technology.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and projects based on the schools curriculum.
• Maintain computer lab discipline and ensure equipment is used responsibly.
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with class teachers for integrated learning projects.
• Help with technical support during school events or online sessions (if needed).

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science / IT / BCA / MCA.
• B.Ed. preferred (not always mandatory for PRT level, but an advantage).
• 12 years of teaching experience in primary classes preferred.
• Knowledge of basic programming tools, MS Office, Paint, Scratch, etc.
• Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE digital learning standards.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Patience and creativity to engage young learners.
• Classroom management and digital resource planning.
• Team collaboration and tech troubleshooting abilities.
