:Podar International School, Daund is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Computer / IT Teacher for the primary section (Grades 1 to 5). The candidate will be responsible for introducing students to basic computer concepts and digital literacy in a fun, interactive, and age-appropriate manner.Key Responsibilities:

• Teach foundational computer skills, including typing, MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and basic internet usage.
• Introduce students to coding and programming concepts using age-appropriate platforms (e.g., Scratch, Blockly).
• Conduct classes using smart boards, digital tools, and interactive learning software.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
• Encourage safe and responsible use of technology among students.
• Manage and maintain computer lab equipment and coordinate with IT staff as needed.
• Collaborate with other teachers to integrate technology into classroom projects.
• Participate in school events, training programs, and staff development initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / BCA or a related field.
• B.Ed. (preferred but not mandatory for primary level).
• Minimum 13 years of teaching experience in a school environment.
• Proficiency in using educational software, digital platforms, and basic programming tools.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Passion for teaching and engaging young learners in technology.
