Key Responsibilities

Lesson Planning:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on the relevant curriculum, adapting teaching methods for diverse learning styles.

Instruction:

Teach mathematical concepts, like arithmetic and geometry, using easy-to-understand terms and real-life examples.

Assessment:

Create, administer, and grade assignments and exams to evaluate student understanding and identify areas for improvement.

Classroom Environment:

Foster a positive, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages enthusiasm for mathematics.

Student Support:

Provide additional support and tutoring to students needing extra help and encourage them to work to their full potential.

Parent Communication:

Maintain regular communication with parents, providing updates on student progress and attending parent-teacher meetings.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of student performance and submit progress reports as required.

Professional Development:

Participate in faculty meetings and professional development sessions to enhance teaching practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in education, with a focus on mathematics, is often required.

Subject Expertise:

A strong understanding of mathematics is crucial to effectively teach the subject.

Communication Skills:
