Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi (B.A./M.A.) -

Postgraduate mandatory for TGT

B.Ed. is mandatory

Minimum 3 years of teaching experience

for TGT (experience at primary level preferred for PRT). Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi; proficiency in English. Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum. Teach reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, literature, and comprehension using age-appropriate strategies. Create lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments suited to varied learning needs. Monitor and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and activities. Ensure timely syllabus completion and assist with exam preparation (for TGT). Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to report card preparation. Establish a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues on school events and interdisciplinary activities. Communicate with parents regarding student performance when necessary. Participate in school programs, meetings, and professional development sessions. Uphold school policies, discipline standards, and academic guidelines.

Salary:

?23,000 to ?26,000 CTC per month
