Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities
Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
Use creative teaching methods such as stories, games, music, and art
Observe and assess students' progress and development
Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
Maintain classroom discipline with positive guidance
Requirements
Graduation & NTT or B.Ed
Prior teaching experience in pre-primary preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
Basic knowledge of child safety and classroom management
