We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our academic team. The role involves teaching students from classes I to V, fostering holistic development, and creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. The teacher will be responsible for imparting subject knowledge, ensuring conceptual clarity, and instilling strong values in young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons as per the curriculum guidelines.
Foster the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of students.
Use innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools to make learning interactive.
Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Maintain proper classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere.
Support co-curricular and extracurricular activities for the overall development of students.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and progress.
Maintain academic records, attendance, and reports as required by the school.
Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized institution.
Graduation in relevant subjects.
CTET/STET qualified (as per CBSE/State norms).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Passion for teaching and working with young children.
Ability to use modern teaching aids and digital platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
