Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. / BTC or equivalent primary teaching qualification (mandatory) Strong command over English (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Teach all subjects (English, Maths, EVS, and basic General Knowledge) to primary classes as per the curriculum. Prepare age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage conceptual understanding, creativity, and curiosity. Use interactive teaching aids, storytelling, activities, and digital tools to engage young learners. Conduct assessments, maintain student records, and track academic progress. Foster social, emotional, and behavioral development through positive reinforcement and child-friendly interaction. Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety at all times. Organize and guide students in co-curricular activities, celebrations, competitions, and assemblies. Communicate regularly with parents through PTMs and feedback sessions. Work collaboratively with fellow teachers for activity planning and curriculum development. Participate in school events, training programs, and staff meetings.
