Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for developing lesson plans, implementing engaging activities, and supporting the academic and social development of each child.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods. Provide individualized support to students, including early intervention strategies when necessary. Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to support student development. Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote health and wellness. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with students in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Familiarity with Montessori methods is a plus. Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development. Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students of varying abilities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of early intervention techniques is beneficial.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: B.ed / D.el.d (REQUIRED)
