Key Responsibilities:

Instruction & Planning:

Design and deliver age-appropriate, interactive lessons for core subjects.

Classroom Management:

Maintain discipline, promote respect, and create a nurturing atmosphere for learning.

Student Assessment:

Mark work, track progress, provide timely feedback, and differentiate instruction.

Parent Communication:

Build strong relationships with parents to discuss student learning, achievements, and challenges.

Holistic Development:

Support students socially, emotionally, and academically, reinforcing positive behaviors.

Resource Management:

Prepare teaching materials, manage physical space, and use technology effectively.

Professional Conduct:

Model positive behavior, adhere to school policies, and engage in continuous professional development.
