You should have:

? Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or Early Childhood Education for primary level.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.

? Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and guidelines is preferred but not required.

? Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow as an educator.

? Either living in Greater Noida or ready to relocate.
