We are seeking a passionate and dedicated

Primary Teacher (PRT)

to join our dynamic academic team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching young learners, committed to fostering a nurturing environment, and capable of delivering engaging lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.

Responsibilities:

Teach students of grades I to V in accordance with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board). Create and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of all students. Develop a positive classroom culture that encourages active learning and discipline. Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students and parents on progress. Foster social, emotional, and academic growth in young children. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. Collaborate with other teachers, coordinators, and the school administration for curriculum planning. Maintain records of students' attendance, grades, and progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed./D.Ed./NTT) or equivalent qualification in teaching. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in teaching primary grades (preferred). Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Passionate about child-centric and activity-based learning.
