Teach primary grade students as per CBSE/NEP guidelines using age-appropriate and engaging teaching methods.
Plan and deliver lesson plans that support academic, social, and emotional development of students.
Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and classroom activities.
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff for curriculum planning and school events.
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities as required.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and well-being.
Requirements:
Graduate with D.El.Ed / B.Ed (Primary) or equivalent qualification.
Good command of English; knowledge of regional language preferred.
Passion for teaching young learners and strong classroom management skills.
Freshers or experienced candidates may apply.
