We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team at Alok Bharati Shikshan Sansthan, Bettiah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging classroom environment, delivering well-structured lessons, and fostering the academic and personal growth of young learners. Key responsibilities include:

- Designing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans.

- Encouraging creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking.

- Monitoring and assessing student progress.

- Establishing strong communication with parents and guardians.

- Promoting a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed. preferred).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
