Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English, Hindi, Mathematics, EVS, and other primary subjects following CBSE curriculum guidelines.
Assess student progress through regular tests, projects, and observations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
Maintain classroom discipline, create a positive learning environment, and organize co-curricular activities like sports, arts, and assemblies.
Qualifications and Skills
B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. with at least 2 years of experience teaching primary classes; CTET qualified preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with proficiency in basic computer applications for lesson planning and record-keeping.
Passion for child development, patience, and ability to handle diverse learners in a co-educational setup.
