Job Title:

PRT (Primary Teacher - All Subjects)

Job Summary:

The PRT (All Subjects) is responsible for teaching and guiding students of primary classes (usually Classes I-V) in all core subjects. The teacher helps students build a strong foundation in academics while also encouraging good behavior, creativity, and curiosity in learning.

Main Responsibilities: 1. Teaching and Learning

Teach all main subjects such as English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, and General Knowledge. Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans according to the school curriculum. Use creative teaching methods to make learning fun and easy for young children.

2. Classroom Management

Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom. Take attendance regularly and monitor student behavior and progress. Ensure classroom materials and displays are neat and organized.

3. Student Development

Identify learning needs of students and provide extra help where needed. Encourage students to participate in class activities and school events. Foster good values, manners, and teamwork among students.

4. Assessment and Reporting

Conduct class tests, assignments, and other assessments regularly. Evaluate students' performance and share progress reports with parents. Maintain accurate student records and portfolios.

5. Coordination and Communication

Work closely with other teachers and the school management. Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Communicate with parents about their child's academic and personal growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree with D.El.Ed / B.Ed (as per CBSE norms). Good command of English and basic computer skills. Passion for teaching and working with young children. Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills. Prior teaching experience preferred.

Work Environment:

Classroom-based job within the school premises. Interaction with students, parents, and school staff daily. Active participation in school events, functions, and celebrations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
