Position Details
Role: PRT - Social Science Teacher
Location: Daffodils World School, Sikar, Rajasthan
Responsibilities
Teach Social Science subjects as per the prescribed curriculum for primary classes.
Develop lesson plans and interactive classroom activities to make learning engaging and effective.
Use storytelling, discussions, and projects to build interest and understanding in History, Civics, and Geography.
Assess students regularly and provide constructive feedback to support academic progress.
Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that encourages participation.
Collaborate with colleagues for planning school events, assemblies, and thematic projects.
Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on student performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject or in Education.
B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. (mandatory).
Strong understanding of child psychology and age-appropriate teaching methods.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Prior experience in a reputed school preferred.
Dedication, patience, and a genuine interest in teaching young learners.
