Key Responsibilities
Teach Punjabi language to primary grades using interactive and age-appropriate methods.
Develop lesson plans that focus on grammar, vocabulary, and correct pronunciation.
Encourage students to participate in Punjabi cultural activities, poetry recitals, and storytelling.
Maintain records of student progress and conduct regular assessments.
Foster a classroom environment that celebrates the linguistic heritage of Punjab.
Requirements
Education:
B.A. (Punjabi) and
B.Ed.
(Mandatory).
Experience:
1-3 years of teaching experience is preferred, though talented freshers with a strong command of the language may apply.
Skills:
Excellent command over Punjabi (Gurmukhi script). Ability to communicate effectively with young children.
Basic computer skills for digital learning tools.
