Roles and Responsibilities:
Teach Mathematics to primary grade students in an engaging and age-appropriate manner.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning activities that make math concepts easy and enjoyable.
Use innovative teaching strategies, worksheets, manipulatives, and visual aids to enhance learning.
Assess student performance regularly through classwork, assignments, tests, and evaluations.
Identify learning gaps and provide additional support to students when needed.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
Maintain academic records, student assessments, and reporting as per school guidelines.
Participate in school events, training sessions, workshops, and academic meetings.
Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum and teaching practices.
Qualifications:
Graduation with B.Ed / D.El.Ed / TTC (Teacher Training Course).
Specialization or strong background in Mathematics.
Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience in primary grades.
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle young learners.
Strong conceptual clarity and creative teaching skills.
