Shree Bafna Public School, Meghnagar, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) specializing in Mathematics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment for young students, fostering a love for mathematics, and ensuring their academic growth.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to primary school students, following the school's curriculum and guidelines.

Instructional Strategies:

Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and activities to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

Classroom Management:

Establish and maintain a positive, organized, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Assess student learning through various methods, including classwork, assignments, projects, and examinations. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.

Student Support:

Identify and address individual student needs, providing additional support or enrichment activities as necessary.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success and well-being.

Professional Development:

Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, progress, and performance.

Extracurricular Activities:

Participate in school events, activities, and programs as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent, with a specialization in Mathematics or a related field. CTET/TET qualification. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience teaching mathematics to primary school students is preferred. Strong knowledge of mathematics concepts and curriculum for primary grades. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Proficiency in using teaching aids and technology in the classroom. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and working with young children.
