Key Responsibilities:
Teach Mathematics to (1st to 5th) primary classes with focus on number sense, basic operations, and problem-solving skills.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans using activity-based methods.
Use TLMs, manipulatives, worksheets, and digital tools to make concepts clear.
Assess students through classwork, homework, tests, and continuous evaluation.
Identify learning gaps and provide remedial/evening classes when required.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Communicate student progress to parents and maintain academic records.
Qualification:
Graduate in Mathematics or any discipline with Mathematics as a subject
D.El.Ed / B.El.Ed / B.Ed (mandatory)
CTET qualified (preferred)
Strong conceptual clarity in primary-level Mathematics
Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge
Experience:
1-3 years of teaching experience at primary level preferred
Freshers with required qualification and strong Maths fundamentals may apply
Experience in activity-based and child-centric teaching methods preferred
Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE curriculum is an added advantage
