Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate math lessons aligned with the school curriculum. Teach basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and geometry. Use creative teaching aids, activities, and technology to make learning enjoyable. Assess students' progress through worksheets, tests, and oral evaluations. Provide individual attention to students with learning difficulties. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. Collaborate with other teachers for integrated learning and school activities. Communicate regularly with parents about student performance and development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (mandatory). Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms). CTET qualified (preferred). Strong understanding of primary-level mathematics concepts. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to use digital tools and interactive teaching methods.
