Position Overview:

Spartan International School is seeking a committed, child-friendly, and passionate

Primary Hindi Teacher

to join our growing academic team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to make learning Hindi joyful, interactive, and meaningful for students in Grades I to V. We are looking for someone who can nurture a love for the language while supporting students' academic growth in a values-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and age-appropriate Hindi lessons as per the school's curriculum and pedagogy standards. Encourage reading, writing, and speaking skills through creative classroom strategies. Design lesson plans with focus on concept clarity, vocabulary development, and grammar. Use interactive activities like role plays, poems, stories, and projects to reinforce learning. Maintain student records and share updates during parent-teacher interactions. Participate actively in teacher training, workshops, school assemblies, and academic audits. Uphold Spartan's values of discipline, respect, and excellence in all classroom interactions.

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

Graduate in Hindi (B.A. Hindi or equivalent) B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. with specialization in Hindi (mandatory) Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Hindi at the primary level Excellent command over spoken and written Hindi Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) Strong classroom management and child engagement techniques Ability to integrate digital tools and teaching aids Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach towards young learners
