Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Hindi lessons according to the school curriculum and CBSE/ICSE/State Board guidelines. Develop age-appropriate teaching aids, activities, and assignments to make learning enjoyable and effective. Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students. Encourage reading, writing, and speaking skills in Hindi through interactive classroom sessions. Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that promotes respect and curiosity. Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress and areas for improvement. Participate in school events, competitions, and co-curricular activities related to the Hindi language. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to plan interdisciplinary lessons and school initiatives. Stay updated with new teaching methodologies, educational tools, and Hindi language developments. Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualification:

Graduation in Hindi (Hons.) or equivalent. B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) is mandatory.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the primary level preferred.

Skills:

Strong command over Hindi (spoken and written). Effective communication and classroom management skills. Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology. Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.
