Conduct tests, grade assignments, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress.
Parental Engagement:
Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and communicate regularly with parents about student performance.
Professional Development:
Participate in workshops and training to improve teaching skills.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.Sc.) in Hindi/Sanskrit, often with a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education).
Subject Mastery:
Strong command (spoken & written) of Hindi and Sanskrit.
Communication:
