Focus on improving students' reading, writing, and speaking skills in Hindi through activities like storytelling, games, and interactive sessions.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Regularly assess student performance through tests, assignments, and observations, and maintain accurate records of their progress.

Classroom Management:

Create and maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and curiosity.

Parent-Teacher Communication:

Meet with parents to discuss their child's progress, needs, and to suggest ways they can support learning at home.

Collaboration:

Work with other teachers and staff to develop co-curricular activities and support school-wide initiatives.

Professional Development:

Stay updated on new teaching methodologies, educational technology, and curriculum guidelines like the NEP and CBSE.

Administrative Duties:

Participate in administrative tasks as assigned by the school, which may include preparing reports.
Required qualifications and skills

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Education, Hindi, or a related field is typically required. A teaching certification is often preferred.

Skills:

Strong command of the Hindi language, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to create effective and interactive lesson plans are essential.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Hindi teacher or in a similar role is highly desirable.

Knowledge:

A good understanding of Hindi grammar, literature, and cultural aspects is beneficial.
