Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated

Primary Gujarati Teacher

to teach students in grades 1 to 5. The teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the love for the Gujarati language, literature, and culture. The role involves teaching reading, writing, grammar, and oral communication skills in Gujarati, in line with the school curriculum and academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Gujarati for primary school students. Develop age-appropriate lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities. Teach basic literacy skills including alphabet, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing. Foster an appreciation of Gujarati literature and culture. Assess and monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school administration.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Gujarati, Education, or a related field (B.Ed. preferred). Fluency in Gujarati (spoken and written). Previous experience teaching Gujarati at the primary level is preferred. Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods. Good communication skills in Gujarati and at least basic proficiency in English or Hindi. Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in children's education. Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment. Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and cultural programs. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Gujarati language instruction into other subjects or activities where possible. Maintain accurate student records and documentation as required. Stay updated with the latest developments in language teaching techniques and educational practices.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
