Key Responsibilities:

Teach Enhlish subject to students of primary classes (Grades I to V) following the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/NCERT). Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with the school's academic framework and learning outcomes. Create an engaging, positive, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to student learning and development. Evaluate student progress through regular assessments, assignments, projects, and class participation. Maintain accurate student records and provide feedback to parents during PTMs and as required. Support students' holistic development by integrating co-curricular activities and value-based learning into lessons. Participate actively in school events, workshops, training, and staff meetings. Collaborate with fellow teachers to plan interdisciplinary and cross-curricular activities. Ensure classroom discipline and promote ethical and cultural values among students. Use innovative teaching methods including audio-visual aids and digital tools to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualification:

B.Ed. (mandatory) from a recognized university

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/ICSE/State board school preferred.
