Assess students regularly through

Classroom Management
Maintain an engaging, safe, and positive classroom environment.
Use child-centered teaching methods and differentiated instruction.
Ensure discipline, regular attendance, and student well-being.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare lesson plans, maintain student records, and track progress.
Share timely updates with parents during PTMs and through school communication channels.
Maintain documentation as required by the academic department.
Co-curricular Responsibilities
Organize and participate in school events, assemblies, competitions, and field trips.
Support English and EVS-related activities, such as reading programs, environmental drives, and exhibitions.
Collaboration
Work closely with other teachers to ensure integrated learning.
Attend training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings.
