Job Description

The Primary Teacher (PRT) is responsible for teaching students of classes 1-5, ensuring their holistic development through effective lesson delivery, classroom management, and engaging learning activities. The teacher must create a positive learning environment and support the academic and emotional growth of each child.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver

age-appropriate lessons

as per the curriculum. Create

engaging and interactive teaching materials

to promote student participation. Use varied

teaching techniques

to support different learning styles. Maintain

classroom discipline

and ensure a safe, supportive environment. Assess student progress through

assignments, tests, and projects

. Maintain accurate

records of student performance

and share feedback with parents. Participate in

school events, staff meetings, and training programs

. Encourage development of

social, emotional, and communication skills

. Support students with additional learning needs and offer extra assistance when required. Collaborate with colleagues for planning and curriculum enhancement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

B.A. English

B.Ed.

or

D.El.Ed.

Experience teaching primary classes is preferred. Strong command of

English (spoken and written)

. Excellent

classroom management

and interpersonal skills. Creative, patient, and passionate about teaching young learners. Ability to integrate

technology

into teaching.

Additional Requirements (Optional)

Willingness to participate in school activities and professional development. Knowledge of child psychology and modern teaching methods.

Pay: ₹22,023.08 - ₹25,737.58 per month
