Job Description

Lesson planning

: Create lesson plans and activities that are appropriate for the students' abilities and the curriculum

Teaching

: Teach English to students

Assessment

: Evaluate students' work by setting and marking tests and other assessments

Feedback

: Provide feedback to students and other teachers

Extracurricular activities

: Participate in and organize school activities

Communication

: Communicate with parents and refer students to outside help if needed

Student support

: Support and motivate students, and build productive relationships with them

Classroom management

: Manage the classroom and ensure it's a stimulating environment for learning
