About the Role

GD Goenka Public School invites applications from dedicated, enthusiastic, and skilled educators for the position of

PRT - English

for

Grades III to V

. The ideal candidate should have a passion for language teaching and the ability to nurture reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills among young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and grade-level learning objectives. Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, listening, and speaking skills through interactive and activity-based teaching methods. Encourage a love for reading and effective communication among students. Assess students' progress through worksheets, assignments, projects, and periodic assessments. Maintain accurate academic records and provide regular, constructive feedback to parents. Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that supports learning. Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support when required. Collaborate with colleagues and coordinators for lesson planning and curriculum implementation. Participate actively in school events, trainings, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in English or a related discipline. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory). 2-4 years of prior experience teaching English at the primary level (III-V) will be preferred. Excellent command over spoken and written English.

Skills & Competencies

Strong language and communication skills. Ability to make lessons engaging and learner-centric. Effective classroom management skills. Creative approach to teaching language concepts.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
