A PRT (Primary Teacher) Math and English teacher

Lesson Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the primary math curriculum, incorporating a variety of teaching methods (hands-on activities, games, visual aids) to cater to diverse learning styles.

Instruction Delivery:

Teach foundational math concepts clearly and effectively, explaining complex ideas in simple terms, providing regular practice exercises, and addressing student questions.

Assessment and Feedback:

Regularly assess student understanding through quizzes, tests, observation, and classwork, providing timely and constructive feedback to guide improvement.

Individualized Support:

Identify students who require additional support and provide tailored interventions or differentiated instruction to address learning gaps.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a positive and focused learning environment, promoting active participation and collaboration among students.

Communication with Parents:

Regularly communicate student progress to parents through report cards, parent-teacher conferences, and other methods.

Curriculum Alignment:

Stay updated on the latest primary math curriculum standards and incorporate them into lesson plans.

Collaboration:

Work effectively with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure student success.
