1. Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for primary-level students.
2. Establish a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and student wellbeing.
3. Assess and monitor student progress through classwork, assignments, and assessments, maintaining accurate academic records.
4. Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behaviour, and support strategies.
5. Actively participate in school activities and professional duties, including assemblies, events, staff meetings, and training sessions.
