Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain a disciplined, safe, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe and support students' emotional and social development. Ensure equal participation and individual attention for each child. Plan and deliver interactive lessons as per school curriculum / CBSE guidelines. Use child-centered and activity-based teaching methodologies. Develop daily lesson plans, teaching aids, and worksheets. Integrate values and life skills through classroom activities. Ensure appropriate learning outcomes in literacy, numeracy, EVS, and language skills. Conduct formative and summative assessments periodically. Maintain detailed records of student performance and attendance. Prepare report cards and participate in PTMs to share student progress.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Educational Qualification:

D.El.Ed / B.El.Ed / B.Ed (Primary) or equivalent as per CBSE norms.

Minimum Experience:

1-3 years preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication and classroom management skills. Fluency in English (spoken & written mandatory for CBSE schools). Proficiency in activity-based learning and digital teaching tools. Patience, empathy, creativity, and child psychology understanding.
