To provide quality education to primary school students (Classes I to V) by teaching all core subjects, fostering foundational academic skills, moral values, creativity, and curiosity. The teacher will create a supportive, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment that supports holistic development in alignment with the school curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach all primary-level subjects including
English, Hindi, Mathematics, EVS/Science, and Social Studies
.
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons as per curriculum guidelines.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom activities.
Assess and evaluate students through classwork, homework, tests, and observations.
Maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports.
Encourage reading, writing, numeracy, and communication skills.
Promote moral values, discipline, and positive classroom behavior.
Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods.
Integrate smart boards, visual aids, and digital tools into teaching.
Identify learning difficulties and provide individual support where required.
Communicate regularly with parents during PTMs regarding student progress.
Participate in school events, assemblies, trainings, and extracurricular activities.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Qualifications:Educational:
Bachelor's Degree in
Arts / Science / Commerce
or equivalent.
D.El.Ed. / B.El.Ed. / B.Ed.
is mandatory (as per school norms).
Certifications (Preferred):
CTET qualified (especially for CBSE-affiliated schools).
Training in child psychology or primary education methodologies.
Experience:
1-3 years of teaching experience
at primary level preferred.
Freshers
with strong subject knowledge, enthusiasm, and good communication skills may also be considered.
