The

Primary Teacher (PRT - All Subjects)

is responsible for teaching and nurturing students from Classes I to V. The teacher should create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports the intellectual, emotional, and social development of each child while ensuring a strong foundation in core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Hindi, and Environmental Studies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons in alignment with the prescribed curriculum. Foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning among young students. Integrate innovative and activity-based teaching methods suitable for primary learners. Develop lesson plans and teaching aids that cater to the varied learning needs of students. Conduct regular assessments, maintain academic records, and provide constructive feedback. Encourage reading habits, communication skills, and moral values through daily activities. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment. Participate actively in co-curricular activities, school assemblies, and events. Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and school programs. Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress, behavior, and well-being. Attend workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with

D.El.Ed / B.Ed.

(mandatory). Good academic background and fluency in

English and Hindi

. Minimum

2 years of teaching experience

in an Affiliated school (preferred). Familiarity with

CBSE curriculum

and child-centric teaching approaches. Proficiency in using technology for teaching and assessment.
