Join a dynamic, fast-paced international Offshoring and customer support services company as a Provisioning Coordinator. In this critical role, you'll be the bridge between operations, clients, and technical teams--ensuring smooth and timely service activation, account setup, and system provisioning across global platforms.

Kolkata,West Bengal
Work Mode:
Onsite (Work from Office)
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
Shift Timing:
5:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Address customer questions and concerns promptly and accurately via multiple communication channels.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints, problems, or technical difficulties.
Share accurate, up-to-date details about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure comprehensive support.
Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Your Experience & Qualifications:
2-3 years' experience as a Provisioning Coordinator, Customer Support, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Active listening skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
Empathy and patience in handling customer emotions and challenging situations.
Proficiency in computer systems and software for customer interactions and record-keeping.
Technical knowledge of company products, services, and technologies.
Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for satisfaction.
Adaptability to changing situations and technologies.
