As our next Provisioning Coordinator, under limited supervision you'll be responsible to resolve customer inquiries, resolve tickets and providing information about products or services.
Key Responsibilities
Addressing customer questions and concerns promptly and accurately, using various communication channels.
Investigating and resolving customer complaints, problems, or technical difficulties.
Sharing accurate and up-to-date details about products, services, and company policies.
Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
Referring complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
Working with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive support.
Collecting feedback on customer experiences and providing suggestions for improvement.
Your experience and qualifications
2-3 years' experience working as a Provisioning Coordinator or Customer support or in similar field.
Excellent Communication Skills- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Active Listening Skills-Ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
Empathy and Patience- Ability to understand and address customer emotions and be patient with challenging situations.
Computer Skills- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for customer interaction and record-keeping.
Technical Knowledge- Understanding of the company's products, services, and technologies.
Customer-focused Attitude- Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adaptability- Ability to adapt to changing situations and technologies.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
