JDRole- Provisioning Associate (Freshers)

Location- Mohali Sector 74

Shift timing- 13:30-22:30 (UK Shift)

Availability- Immediate (22nd Jan)

Role Description-

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freshers- Provisioning Associate position, based in Mohali district. The role involves provisioning telecom services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and managing technical configurations. The candidate will also address client requests, troubleshoot provisioning issues, and support system updates to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

Basic technical aptitude and understanding of telecom solutions and services Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and clients Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes Attention to detail and precision in system configurations and data management Relevant educational background in engineering, IT, or telecommunications is a plus Experience with provisioning systems or telecom infrastructure will be beneficial

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
