_ to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding healthcare providers, including hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centres, and wellness providers. They will also handle tariff negotiations, case management, and network expansion.
Candidates from insurance, TPA, and wellness provider backgrounds are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard healthcare providers, including hospitals, doctors, and diagnostic centers.
Negotiate tariffs and agreements with providers to ensure cost-effective healthcare services.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing providers.
Ensure smooth case management by coordinating with hospitals and doctors.
Expand the provider network to enhance accessibility and service quality.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Collaborate with internal teams to improve provider engagement and service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Qualification: BHMS, BAMS, MBA (Hospital Management) preferred.
Experience: 2-5 years in provider network management, hospital tie-ups, or case management.
Preferred Industry Background: Insurance, Third Party Administrators (TPA), or Wellness Providers.
Skills Required:
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
In-depth understanding of hospital and healthcare provider networks.
Knowledge of healthcare pricing models and contracts.
Ability to handle case management effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
