Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Technical Sourcing Specialist

with a strong background in identifying and engaging top talent in

Information Security

and

Cybersecurity

domains. This role is focused purely on sourcing and pipeline building, without stakeholder management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract cybersecurity professionals across various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, etc.). Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for roles such as: + Security Analysts
+ SOC Engineers
+ Penetration Testers
+ Security Architects
+ GRC Specialists
+ Cloud Security Engineers
Use advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, X-ray search, and competitive intelligence. Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to assess candidate interest and basic qualifications. Maintain accurate candidate data and sourcing metrics in the ATS. Stay updated on cybersecurity hiring trends, certifications, and technologies. Collaborate with recruiters to hand off qualified candidates for further evaluation.

Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years of experience in technical sourcing, with a strong focus on

Information Security and Cybersecurity roles

. Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP), and job functions. Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, etc.). Strong research and analytical skills to identify niche talent. Excellent written communication for candidate outreach and engagement. Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience sourcing for global cybersecurity teams. Exposure to high-volume sourcing environments. Technical background or cybersecurity-related certifications (a plus).
