Job Description

Adapt ONDC Protocol to support different business domains, in products services, such as wholesale, agriculture, mobility, travel tourism, etc.; Coordinate with Business teams, participant community others to prepare enhance protocol related specifications in different areas, such as Payments Settlements, Ratings, Inter-city logistics, and drive adoption of the protocols by the stakeholders, etc.; Enhance ONDC Protocol for optimal harmonisation between different buyers sellers in a specific business domain; Work with the participant community to evangelise articulate the capabilities of the ONDC protocol; Work with other teams, such as Beckn, DSEP, DHCP, etc. to contribute to the evolution of the Beckn protocol as per the governance model; Create POCs for participants to demonstrate usage Tags Security Learn more source code versioning system such as Github; of the protocol adaptations for specific business domains; Own the ONDC protocol specs on Github, S waggerHub other tools;of the protocol adaptations for specific business domains; Own the ONDC protocol specs on Github, S waggerHub other tools Job Requirement At least 5-8 years of hands-on experience in developing technologies around protocols such as low-level protocols like TCP, UDP, Infiniband and higher level protocols like HTTP, UPI, Beckn, RESTful APIs, etc., FOSS, or other areas of core technologies servicing population scale projects; Excellent understanding of interoperable systems, such as in domains such as e-commerce, mobility, payments, BFSI, agriculture, B2B, etc. and API interfaces such as OpenAPI; Excellent understanding of adapting protocols for different business domains e.g. adaptations required for retail e-commerce, mobility, agriculture; Excellent understanding of security issues related to protocols; Excellent communication skills for articulating complicated technical concepts in an easy to understand way; Working knowledge of one or more of the following programming languages such as Java, Nodejs, Python, Golang, etc.; API development tools such as Swagger,source code versioning system such as Github;
