Business Unit : PVBU Department/BC Number: Prototype Planning Position / Title : Designer- team mebmer Grade : L1.2 Location : ERC-PUNE \'Project Deliverables: Development all types of Automobile Parts and proto vehicles. Schedule and Monitor for Protoype build and testing requirement. Release and monitor Vehicle plan for complete project. Monitoring Inventory and Incurrence for complete Project. \' Manufacturing feasibility checking for all part development based on the drawings / design received & feedback to Designer accordingly. Planning and scheduling of Parts required for Proto Build. Part Development for all types of automobile parts. Attending DMU Reviews of Proto Build & feedback to Designer. Co-ordination with various Stake holders for on time delivery of Proto & parts to respective Testing Agency Planning and tracking of complete project wrt DR gateways to meet the Project timeline. Execute and monitor Dispatch Activity within India and export. Estimate and monitor the Budget requirements for Project compeltion. Minimum Qualification & Specialization: Diploma - Mechanical Skills : \' Basic Knowledge of PLM System Basic Knowledge of Drawings reading, GD & T SAP knowledge related MM Module Basic Knowledge related to taxes & finanicial terms. \' Domain Knowledge : \' Detailed Knowledge of all Automobile part development including EV parts Basic Vehicle Knowledge of Assembly Process Knowledge of Various Manufacturing Process\' Minimum Yrs of Experience: 2 YEARS Part Development, Proto Type Management
