Role Overview

Krea Adaptive is one of Symbionic's first products being deployed at scale.
The Prosthetist will play a

critical role in our go-to-market and deployment efforts

, serving as the first point of contact for users visiting the Symbionic office for demonstrations.

This role involves

user engagement, clinical assessment, socket measurement, socket fabrication, fitment, and training

, working closely with the product and manufacturing teams to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with users who visit for product demonstrations; explain the product clearly and guide them on next steps Assess whether a user is a suitable fit for Krea Adaptive based on clinical and functional requirements Take accurate measurements for upper-limb sockets Lead socket design and fabrication in coordination with internal manufacturing processes Perform prosthetic fitment, trials, and user training Collect structured user feedback and conduct follow-ups post-fitment Maintain basic documentation related to assessments, fitments, and user progress

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics Prior work experience is

not mandatory

; preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in socket fabrication Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to users in a simple, empathetic manner Willingness to learn and develop a deep understanding of Symbionic's products and philosophy A compassionate, patient-first mindset with high empathy for people with disabilities
