Your Roles and responsibilities:

• help design and develop processes in Smart Building concepts
• analyze and summarize issues in order to prepare appropriate solutions/clarifications to respond to end users
• take ownership of issues in order to follow-up on outstanding requests and escalate issues when necessary
• interact with and present to Business contacts and stakeholders PropTech related tool development process, testing and providing user trainings
• self-driven with attention to detail and follow-through to closure of issues
• provide acquisition support, process improvement, and the development/improvement of tool and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• work with senior management to prioritize business deliverables and requirements
• should be able to deliver PropTech related reporting, dashboards & metrics

UBS RecruitingYour teamGroup Real Estate & Supply Chain - Platforms & Shared Services team in Navi Mumbai is supporting processes, projects and tools used globally by UBS's Group Corporate Service function. You will liaise with UBS functions in redesigning processes / tools and maintenance of those aiming at high quality management information and services.
This role will require you to cooperating with and regularly report to senior management. By joining our team, you will be constantly challenged to develop innovative solutions. This will enhance both your technical and business capabilities.Your expertiseYou have:

• management degree from a reputed university/ college
• 3-6 years of experience in Smart Buildings concepts and industry trends
• good knowledge of CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) system
• strong stakeholder management and project planning skills
• demonstrate speed at carrying out tasks, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, ability to learn quickly
• pro-efficient in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
