We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead our in-house marketing team and take charge of building a strong digital and offline presence that positions us as a market leader.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to build brand visibility across digital and offline channels.- Lead a team of digital marketers, graphic designers, content creators, and videographers to execute campaigns effectively.- Drive high-quality lead generation through performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and targeted campaigns.- Oversee content creation for social media, website, brochures, video shoots, and email marketing.- Ensure Propsalt's strong and consistent presence across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with business targets and objectives.- Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.- Coordinate brand events, exhibitions, and offline promotions for visibility in the Gurgaon real estate market.- Manage marketing budgets, vendor partnerships, and ensure ROI-driven execution.Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- 4-7 years of experience in real estate or brand marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.- Proven track record of running successful lead generation and brand campaigns.- Hands-on experience with digital tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, analytics tools, etc.).- Creative thinker with strong leadership and project management skills.- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-impact outcomes.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.What We Offer:- A strategic leadership role in shaping the brand identity of a high-growth company.- Dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive work culture.- Creative freedom, career advancement, and direct visibility with top leadership.
