Job Description

SDR/BDR responsibilities:- Qualify and convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified opportunities (SQLs).- Generate new business through proactive outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.- Conduct thorough research on prospects to personalize outreach and understand their business needs.- Use frameworks such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to pre-qualify opportunities.- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups within the CRM.- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and progress opportunities through the pipeline.- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, lead qualification, and conversions.
