The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, visiting assigned areas, promoting our admission offerings, and ensuring a smooth registration or onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to promote admissions and generate leads.
Meet and interact with potential clients to explain offerings and benefits.
Identify and target new areas or communities for outreach.
Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Provide daily reports and feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting people.
Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
