NTT DATA seeks a Proposal Advisor to join our Sales Operations Team, responsible for leading our proposal process. In this role, you'll manage the creation of compelling proposals, coordinating with sales, technical, HR and other departments to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.

Job actions:
Proposal Advisor provides direct support to sales efforts by managing the delivery of discrete deliverables to clients as well as providing leadership, assistance, and advice to Sales pursuit teams from initial engagement contact through award. Works with cross-functional organizations to create compelling, compliant and thorough offers.
Individuals understand their own area and can perform all facets of their role.
They have experience in most issues that may arise, although require guidance with new assignments or assignments outside normal scope of work.
They manage large deals independently
Individuals will focus on a primary domain but will also be leveraged across other industries.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Creating initial direction of contributors and all members of the pursuit team.
Creating and project managing a share site and content/document structure of site
Scheduling and facilitating the Proposal Storyboard Session
Detailed review of the RFx, focus on requirements
Setting and managing schedules, plans, contacts, deadlines, and progress monitoring -Coordinate and review proposal input from sales, marketing, product teams, and other stakeholders
Populating/updating, as required, the calendar of opportunity and major milestones
Developing the outline and responsibility matrix, documenting requirements, and ensuring all individuals assigned are aware of the assignment and due dates
Alerting pursuit team leads of staffing needs and other resources
Overseeing the coordination of all activities with graphics, editing, and production/shipping
Incorporating strategies, themes, and other material into the response sections
Ensuring questions have a clearly articulated response in document
Creating proposal/presentation material; working with Technical SMEs, Finance, Legal, and the sales lead to organize and lay out the presentation of the proposal
Researching boilerplate content to pre-populate proposal response document in cooperation with the proposal coordinators, wherever possible
Ensuring all timelines and requirements are met and communicating to the engagement team
Taking charge of ensuring all current templates and corporate branding are followed
Raising red-flags with management when due dates or customer requirements are not being met or followed by the pursuit team - Ensure timely delivery of compliant and professionally produced proposals
Adding/creating best-in-class content to the Content Library
Requirements and skills:
10+ years of experience in Bid/Proposal Management
Advanced MS Word skills and proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
Subject Matter Expertise in proposal and RFP best practices
Strong attention to detail and project management skills
Complete knowledge of end-to-end Proposal Management cycle
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good to have
APMP Certification
