This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sector 73, Noida with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Proposal Writer, you will develop high-quality, compelling, and compliant proposals in response to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and other government and private sector procurement opportunities. Key responsibilities include managing the proposal process, creating proposal content, performing technical writing, and ensuring that all proposals meet client requirements and timelines. Collaboration with internal teams to gather necessary information and effective communication throughout the proposal lifecycle will be essential in this role.
Qualifications
Expertise in Proposal Management, RFP, and Proposal Writing
Experience required on the SLED & Federal contracts
Proficiency in Technical Writing and understanding of procurement processes
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience in government contracts and knowledge of SLED procurement processes is a plus
